345 South State Route 17 in Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458. It is a white building about 1minute after you pass the Lake st exit as you come down 17 South (right after the Nissan and Fiat dealerships on your right hand as you travel South).. If you are coming up 17 North, you will need to make a U-turn at the Lake St Exit to come down 17South. Office is on the second floor, Suite 18 ( left out of the elevator).

Access to the building is gained through the front door 9am-5pm . Outside of these hours ring the doorbell marked "Dr. Ragheb" at the front door to be buzzed in.
